This web tool is designed by Dr. Vikrant Nain and Team for the DBT sponsored research project entitled “High throughput design, synthesis and validation of TALENs for targeted genome engineering. There are many novel features of this tool which are not available in the other existing tools. The tool can be used to design TALENs and CRISPRs for any input sequence. Also, user may evaluate the off-targets of the designed nucleases using the source code on their local machine.
